For generations, Bible prophecy teachers have warned that the world would move toward regional power blocs, a ten-kingdom structure, and a centralized, technocratic control system in the last days.

When you place some forgotten 20th‑century maps next to today’s geopolitics and technology, it raises a sobering question: are we watching the architecture of that system quietly take shape?

In this article, we’ll look at the Technate of America, the technocracy movement behind it, the ten region world concept, and how all of this echoes key passages in Daniel and Revelation about the final world empire.

A Technocratic Blueprint for a Continental Superstate

In the economic chaos of the 1930s, an influential movement called Technocracy argued that human governments had failed and that only scientists and engineers could run society “rationally.”

They proposed replacing elected politicians and market economics with a technocratic management system that would control production, distribution, and even people’s activities based on technical metrics.

This wasn’t just theory. Technocracy Inc. laid out a concrete blueprint called the Technate of America—a proposed technocratic superstate that would merge:

    • The United States, Canada, and Mexico

    • Greenland

    • Central America up through Panama

    • The Caribbean and the edges of northern South America

The Technate was envisioned as a single, self-sufficient continental system run by appointed technical directors instead of accountable representatives.

The language sounds eerily similar to the kind of centralized, controlling regime many Christians expect in the final days, where “no one may buy or sell” without submitting to a global system (Revelation 13:16–17).

From a prophetic lens, this kind of political and economic consolidation looks like a shadow of the final world structure Scripture describes—an empire strong enough to dominate nations and control commerce (Daniel 7:23; Revelation 13:7).

A Shadow of the Final World Empire?

Bible prophecy points to a final global or near-global empire that will exercise unprecedented control over nations, economies, and individuals.

    Key features include:

    • A beast system with political, economic, and spiritual dimensions (Revelation 13; Revelation 17).

    • Ten kings or rulers who share power for a short time before yielding fully to the final world ruler (Daniel 7:24; Revelation 17:12–13).

    • Strong central authority able to restrict buying and selling and persecute believers (Revelation 13:7, 16–17).

While the Bible does not mention “technocracy” by name, the spirit of technocracy—exalting human expertise, central control, and data driven management over God’s authority—fits the same prideful pattern seen at Babel, where humanity tried to “make a name for ourselves” apart from God (Genesis 11:4). It also reflects the “man of lawlessness” who exalts himself above all that is called God (2 Thessalonians 2:3–4).

The Technate of America is not the final empire, but it reveals how long elites have been willing to redraw borders, merge nations, and centralize power in the name of efficiency and science.

To many prophecy watchers, it looks like an early prototype of the kind of system that will be fully realized under the Antichrist.

Joshua Haldeman, Elon Musk, and the Spirit of Technocracy

One of the most active technocracy advocates in Canada was Joshua N. Haldeman, a chiropractor and political activist who embraced Technocracy Inc.’s vision. Historical profiles describe him as a committed technocrat who believed that expert-run systems were superior to democratic politics.

Decades later, his family moved to South Africa, where his daughter Maye would have a son named Elon. That makes Joshua Haldeman the grandfather of Elon Musk. Multiple mainstream investigations confirm this family link and describe both his technocratic involvement and controversial political ideas.

We should not overstate things or claim that Haldeman personally authored every map or that his grandson is consciously trying to fulfill his grandfather’s vision. But we can observe that:

    • Haldeman was a notable supporter of the technocracy movement in Canada.

    • He promoted ideas closely aligned with the Technate of America's vision.

    • His grandson now influences global communication, finance, transport, AI, and even space infrastructure.

That doesn’t prove a prophetic conspiracy, but it does highlight how technocratic thinking can move from fringe movements to the heart of global technology and power.

It reminds us that “the mystery of lawlessness is already at work” long before it reaches its final form (2 Thessalonians 2:7).

Ten Regions and the Ten Kings

In the 1970s, the Club of Rome and other global planners introduced models that divided the world into roughly ten large regions for economic and environmental planning. Various versions of these maps grouped nations into ten blocs—North America, Western Europe, Japan, and so on.

From their standpoint, this was about managing resources, dealing with limits to growth, and coordinating policy. But Bible prophecy students quickly noticed the parallel with the “ten horns” and “ten kings” described in Daniel and Revelation:

    • Daniel saw a fourth beast with ten horns, representing ten kings that would arise from a final kingdom (Daniel 7:7, 24).

    • John saw ten kings who “receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast” and “give their power and authority to the beast” (Revelation 17:12–13).

The historical fact is that the ten region models were seriously proposed and discussed in secular planning circles.

The prophetic interpretation is that these may foreshadow or pave the way for the ten-king structure the Bible describes in the last days. Even if planners never had prophecy in mind, believers can still see how human schemes often line up with what God has already revealed.

    Reading the Signs Without Overreaching

When we line up these pieces, a pattern emerges:

    • Early technocrats wanted to merge large regions into centrally managed Technates.

    • Global planners outlined ten regional world models that mirror the ten kings pattern in prophecy.

    • Modern technology now makes it possible to track, manage, and control populations on a global scale.

As believers, we should avoid two extremes:

    • Naive dismissal: acting as if these trends have no relevance to biblical warnings and assuming everything will continue as it always has (2 Peter 3:3–4).

    • Dogmatic certainty: claiming that every map and plan is directly and definitively the final beast system.

    A balanced, watchful approach says:

    • These historical documents and maps show how human planners have been moving toward regionalization and technocratic control for nearly a century.

    • The Bible warns that in the last days, a powerful system will arise with astonishing economic and political reach.

    • Therefore, we should be alert, informed, and grounded in Scripture as we watch how these structures develop (Luke 21:28, 34–36).

    How Should Christians Respond?

Rather than panic or speculation, the End Times believer’s response should be:

    • Watchful—Paying attention to how technocracy, regional blocs, digital currencies, and surveillance tools expand, without being obsessed by them (1 Thessalonians 5:4–6).

    • Rooted in Scripture—Testing every headline and theory against what God has actually revealed in His Word (Acts 17:11; 2 Timothy 3:16–17).

    • Evangelistic—Using these converging signs as an opportunity to point people to the hope of Christ and the urgency of repentance (Matthew 24:14; 2 Corinthians 5:20).

    • Discerning—Recognizing that not every plan is the final beast system, but many can be stepping stones toward it (1 John 4:1).

History shows that powerful people have long dreamed of merging nations, centralizing control, and putting “experts” in charge of everything.

Prophecy shows that one day, a final version of that dream will come together under a leader who opposes God and persecutes His people (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 13:7).

Our job is to stay awake, stay grounded, and keep pointing to the only true King whose kingdom cannot be shaken (Hebrews 12:28; Revelation 19:11–16).

If you want to corner the OIL market, you first capture OIL rich Venezuela then begin bombing the country most likely to retaliate towards other oil rich countries inside a choke point!

Once the OIL infrastructure is destroyed in the Middle east you can then force the world to bend the knee to a global technocracy the book of Revelation calls the 10 kings!:

Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns that thou sawest are ten kings, who have received no kingdom as yet; but they receive authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.

Trump is setting up the 10 toes of Daniel which are the 10 horns of Revelation!:
